Goals
of Counseling and Coaching:
By allowing sensations
to move, breathe, and be recognized, clients access emotions,
revive stale energy, and live much more fully, with more
creativity and passion.
Philosophy:
"Our body has consciousness and speaks
to us in each moment. By learning the language of the body's
consciousness, we can shift our mythologies, and discover
what holds us back from living fully."
"Together, we
create a living road map that leads you to much greater
fulfillment and joy."
What
is Body-Centered Counseling?
Rachel melds Mind-Body Centering with Authentic
Movement, guided imagery and creativity coaching. Each session
is custom-created for you in order to meet your essential
needs in the moment.
What
a Session is Like:
You begin each session seated comfortably. We take
a moment to breathe, center and ground. I invite you to
bring all of yourself into the session, with the goal of
turning around whatever you are hoping to change. After
talking, you will experience a very powerful and relaxing
guided imagery. We may shift into movement, if the time
is right.
My clients experience my sessions as nurturing, supportive
and empowering. They experience e effects after only a few
sessions.
"You will clarify
your vision, develop a step-by-step action plan and follow
through with your commitments to yourself with the utmost
of support."
